The Oklahoma Wildlife and Prairie Heritage Alliance (OWPHA), along with the Oklahoma Department of Wildlife Conservation and the Oklahoma Tourism and Recreation Department, have put together a website showing sets of "trails" where a person can follow a loop through various regions of Oklahoma, seeing wildlife along with local interests.
Log onto
www.OWPHA.org, select "Great Plains Trail" and we are located down the page under the "Gloss Mountain Loop".
It is a wonderful website that shows pictures of what you will see in these areas along with tons of information on bed and breakfasts, wineries, farms, guest ranches, state parks, wildlife observation areas, etc.
