Scenery in Oklahoma
All around Oklahoma there are old homesteads to see - trees surrounding a small area of land where perhaps only a barn or cellar still stands. Many of these places are where a family farm used to be.

This photo was taken at the Great Salt Plains Lake. That day the wind was so still (unusual in Oklahoma) that you couldn't tell where the sky ended and the land began.
These are some of our nosey neighbors. They love standing at the fence line to see what is going on at our place. = )
"Grasshoppers" or oil wells are common sights throughout Oklahoma.
There are many bed & breakfast throughout Oklahoma to stay at. Heritage Manor is one of those places, displaying heritage items.
